How's this work?
When you submit your request form with your photo, you'll hear back from us in about 24 hours. We'll give you an exact date you can expect your illustration and send you a Google Checkout invoice, all via email. Once you pay the invoice in full, we'll get started on your illustration.
What's the best photo to submit?
Your photo should show your face clearly and prominently. We wont be drawing the background or any other people, so please submit a photo of just yourself with a subdued background. We may take some creative license in creating your illustration, but we don't go too crazy. If you're smiling in the photo you send, you'll be smiling in your illustration. If you've put your whole hand in your mouth, then you're illustration will show you with your whole hand in your mouth. All nude photos will be shown to all of our friends, your friends, and your family. Seriously, no nudity or other vulgarity.
Help! I can't send my photo! The form is screwed up!
Sorry about that. If you have any trouble submiting your photo, please feel free to email your photo, along with your name, to support@yourlittlehead.com and we'll get your request processed as soon as possible.
What if I don't like my illustration?
Well, we hope you'll love it! But, if for some reason you don't like your illustration you can request minor updates to be made. We'll try our best to make you happy. We don't usually give refunds or perform unlimited updates or complete redraws. Please review the samples on the left to make sure you like our style before you place your order. If you have any special requests please let us know by emailing us at support@yourlittlehead.com
What exactly do I get for the $100 base price?
For $100 you'll get the following in about 3 days:
- (1) 600px by 600px illustration with a stylized background
- (1) 600px by 600px illustration with a transparent background
- (1) 250px by 250px illustration with a stylized background
- (1) 250px by 250px illustration with a transparent background
- (1) 75px by 75px illustration with a stylized background
- (1) 75px by 75px illustration with a transparent background
